I would appreciate better usability of the medicaiton section. In particular I would like to see an easy way to review meds that have been prescribed in the past and why they were discontinued. As well there should be an easy way to fax prescription summaries to consultants and when we transfer care back to another GP.

    This seems to be a weakness of ACCURO. I would like to see a table view of medications. The name of the medication in the left column (y axis) and then dates on the top column (x axis). The dosage can then be listed under the date. When there is a dose increase or discontinuation then you can clearly see when it occurred.
