It would be nice to add a "macro" in the "annotate" section

We send back pharmacy fax requests and type out the clinic policy every time

    Also for dating orders/faxes back to nursing homes, would be so nice to have a quick macro with all the info instead of retyping all the time, or even the F12 for date/time.
