I think clinicians should have a "ACCURO Lounge" chat group similar to facebook (or use facebook) to allow clinicians and administrators to interact with one another, learn how to better streamline workflow, use online booking, etc, increase knowledge of the more advanced features of ACCURO such as form to letter functionality. It would enhance the user experience through peer support learning process and perhaps decrease workload of Accuro help desk. Perhaps Accuro technicians could monitor the page if Accuro desired or keep it at arms distance.
I think a lot of EMR companies have facilitated "user testing" or "user focus" groups - particularly for power users who are always working on pushing the boundaries of use. This I think would be useful and more directive / facilitated.
Why not just create it rather than ask Accuro to do it?
