I would like to see a training video on ACCURO Chat. I think this would be great use for the clinic verses the dr having to call the front desk and wait for us to answer the phone if we are busy

Accuro Academy is a client-facing training site that we maintain for your use. Users can complete modules/learning paths, some general, and some functionality-focused.
The Community Portal is based in SalesForce, and is a collection of How-To articles about the program.

To clarify, are you requesting that a training video be added to Accuro Academy about Accuo Chat?
While not a video, the public documentation on our Community Portal walks through how Chat works, and includes screenshots. You can access it here.
