Be able link from a template form to the ie provider database

I have a referral outgoing for designed but as it is currently I have to manually enter the physician name and fax number.  If I could add a link to ie TO:    Fax:  Tel:  from provider database I could look this data up and enter it with the click of a mouse rather than having to manually enter it.  We are referring to this physician so they do not appear on my patient demographics screen. 

Another option would be to add a spot to select physicians for outgoing referrals on the patient demographics screen.  I could do this in NOD.
