moving "OK" "SAVE" etc buttons to top of note beside the template editor features

When making a note from the template, we have to click the top right button to clear unwanted entry options before saving and closing or generating a letter. presently it means moving the cursor to the top of the window and then moving it down to the bottom. it would save a few steps and time per patient if they all were beside each other on as two lines one underneath the other if the ""Gen Letter" etc where also at the top of the window. Even if there was just another "OK" button beside the "complete selections" button so the amount of cursor movement required is minimized.....over the course of the day it would really save time.
