Everyone office has different procedures, however, in ours when providers are away it would be nice to have a notification when filing a document to their inbox that says "provider away, are you sure you want to send?" Sometimes, something urgent may accidently be filed into their inbox when they are away and we want to avoid that from happening. We have multiple providers in our office and when your filing faxes, mail, etc. it can easily be overlooked. This would be a great if an admin could somehow input the dates they are away, as providers are busy, they could easily miss that step.
