When removing a provider / or one going inactive due to retirement, when accuro marks the provider as in active. The patient's medications, clinical information should NOT disappear.
This happened to us recently which caused pending letters, medications to be non visible and cause a lot of extra work for our staff re-entering medications that were "hidden" and important letters to be " hidden"
I suggest this be higher priority to work with. This could cause very large issues when a patient transfers to a new physician or nurse practitioner.
