Add wait list entry to F7 "Patient tasks"

Would be useful when having to update (cancel or change) a waitlist entry for a patient without having to search through the actual wait list

    As well as F4 it would be helpful to also have in F7 for an overall visual of things.

    Waitlist entries are in the appointment history, which you can access with F4.
