Display Procedure Note in Waitlist History (F4)

Since the new Waitlist release, there has been the addition of the Notes section when adding Procedures to a Waitlist request. It would be helpful to have this display in the Waitlist History found in F4 as currently only the procedure is displayed. Many clinic's use this field to store important information on the procedure that would be handy to have display in Waitlist History rather than having to open the request in order to display.
