Add "Site" to Wait List History in F4

In F4 > Wait List History, the "Site" is not visible on the card for the Wait List booking, so if you want to see which location (hospital, clinic, etc) a Wait List booking was/is scheduled for, you have to <Open> the booking itself. It would save that click to have it display in F4.

I spoke to Darlene on the phone today, and have updated the submission to more clearly reflect her ask, including screenshots.

Could you please confirm where you are recording the site? (Sorry I didn't add this to the public comments at first)

If you are referring to the Sites field, which is an optional setting that can be enabled, then this is visible from the F4 window. Click on the Column Option button and ensure Appointment Site is selected.

when a patient calls or returns a call to book an appointment I would like it so that when I press F4 it also show the site. My surgeon works at more than one site, I would know where to book this patient much quicker if I could see that right away.
