This isn't an idea but more of an inquiry.
In the encounter notes under past, upcoming and future appointments, sometimes it's red in text and some are black.
Does anyone know the difference?
The text on the Appointment History (visible on the left of Encounter Notes) is only red when there is a Clinical Note attached to the appointment.
The text does not turn red for Forms, Labs or Documents filed to the chart with the same date.
If you don't think this is behaving as expected it is best to have one of our Client Services Analysts investigate the issue for you.
Regarding this: My appointments are not showing red anymore when there is a clinical note attached to them. This used to be down automatically. Can you please advise what changed. Maybe a setting or something i'm missing
it's not working the same for every appointment. Some have it but some do not even if there is a document attached
Hi Tara,
I believe that this has to do with whether an appointment is associated with a "note" or a document, lab etc. If you widen the column you're looking at, if the appointment is red, it has a little "document" symbol associated with it. This is what it appears to be in our EMR anyways...
Hopefully that helps,
Jacqueline
