Encouter note color when actually faxed, not just sent to Accuro Fax

Currently when sending a faxed letter, the note in the EMR section displays red. But this only tells us the Fax was sent to Accuro fax, not that it was actually sent. This means that looking at the encounter note section, a Providor would asume that the letter has been faxed, but there are many reasons why it may not yet be sent. Line busy, retries exceeded (for whatever reason) so this color can be misleading. Please change it so the note does not change color until Accuro fax reports the fax was sent successfully (Completed status) Thanks!
