Pomelo Integration or Medeo Expansion

It would be nice if Accuro would be willing to fully intergate with the Pomelo platform. Pomelo is a very easy to use, visually appealing healthcare management and patient engagement platform. I understand that Accuro may have hesitations with integrating with Pomelo because it does offer similar solutions to Medeo which is owned by Accuro. Medeo is however not as comprehensive as a platform so I think it would be great if they would look into either integration with Pomelo or expanding the Medeo capabilities. Some examples of expansion ideas would be a referral portal for referring physicians outside of Accuro, a "library" in the patient portal where uploaded information can be stored for easy access, virtual waitroom, e forms and mobile check in, all in one platform rather than having to use multiple different platforms.

    I used Pomelo with MedAccess and Accuro integrates WAY better with medeo. the onlinle booking and healthmail with Medeo works way better in my experience.

    You mention "fully integrate". I'm curious if you are already using Pomelo with Accuro EMR and are looking for more functionality? Or do you want to sign up for the integration?
