Keep Heading Of Each Permission Column Visible, When Scrolling Through Provider Permissions

When in the Manage Security > Templates tab OR the Manage Security > Users > Provider Permissions tab, the headings of the Permission column is lost if the User has to scroll down. Users are left having to constantly scroll up and down for visibility OR memorize which column is for which Permission.

    Yes please! Our department handles Accuro system admin responsibilities for a group of over 600 users. At this point, I'm just about ready to make a paper template and tape it to my monitor whenever I have a batch of changes to make.
