Allow multiple fax cover sheets

It would be nice to have the option to have several fax cover sheets that allow full component connections as well.


It's very frustrating being stuck with one cover sheet.


Our clinic does not accept incomplete referrals (we do not even register the patient at this point), and as such, we currently have to print the referral out, print out a fax sheet specific to the incomplete referral, scan the whole package back in, just to be able to send the incomplete referral back to the clinic that sent it.


This is a huge waste of time having to do this.


Being able to select which fax cover sheet would be much better and save a lot of time.
