Allow us to add images more easily in Headers and Footers

Rather than having to send in images to the help desk and have them add the image, can you not make the headers and footers editable similar to a form (like the fax cover sheet) so we can add images, edit the size and location within the header section etc. I sent in an updated version of our header (more dark for visualization via fax instead of faded out) The image was uploaded and I was informed. When I checked the image, they had uploaded it at a size that did not fit the field and part of the address area was cut off. It then took about 3 hours to have it addressed and resized. Unfortunately it was then too small and was centred leaving white space on both sides... Another 2 hours or so and finally got sized to a more acceptable format.

If we could do the editing ourselves, it would save QHR time having to deal with it and mean I could have corrected any issues in a much more urgent matter.
