Fax Images Poor Quality

It is very important to our practice (skin cancer surgery) to be able to fax photos between family doctor offices and our regional cancer center to help guide management and surgical planning. When I try to fax images from my AccuroEMR the image is rendered down in such a poor quality format that it is impossible to see anything (almost all black with no contrast). Please improve the software in Accuro EMR and/or Unite Fax where we can fax photos with a reasonable quality that somewhat resembles the original photo. It does not have to be perfect, and black and white and a bit grainy is fine, but at least something is distinguishable.

Yes it is possible to email photos externally, but this is not considered 'official communication' between most medical offices and it is very difficult to keep track of correspondence. It is better if everything is consolidated with AccuroEMR.
