Pandemic Telephone Premium After Hours Call Macro

We have a new modifier for our Pandemic Telephone calls which now allows us not to have to open every single claim to manually type in Pandemic Telephone..which is absolutely amazing however we are not able to make this into a macro for our doctors who work evenings and weekends as our claims require 4 modifiers for patients under the age of 65 and currently we are only allowed up to 3 modifiers in our macros....please give us the option of more modifiers or this new macros is really null and void for those physicians who do work evenings and weekends AND us staff who have been patiently waiting on this to happen since this pandemic started.
