We need a macro where we can highlight all visits pertaining to Pandemic Telephone and have the words "Pandemic Telephone" in the Submission Notes without us having to open every single claim to get it done. This pandemic isn't going anywhere anytime soon so any help to quicken our billing during this would be greatly appreciated.

For every single claim that a doctor does a telephone visit rather than an office visit, we need to go into that claim (and we are a clinic of over 30+ doctors so you can imagine how much this slows us down). We need a short cut to being able to add Pandemic Telephone to ALL claims necessary at once for that day rather than opening each and every claim.

    Just like we are now able to highlight more than one office visit and apply a macro to it for example, more than one senior, highlight all the senior office visits and apply our Senior macro.... we'd like to be able to highlight however many appointments are "Pandemic telephone" and have something...macro or something...automatically added to the submission note for each of those specific claims rather than us having to open every single claim to put it in.

    Hi there,

    To clarify, you're wanting to be able to blanket add a billing code to multiple, existing bills at once? Or adding a comment to the submission notes to multiple claims?
