As per MOH contract talks in Apr. 2023 we must now submit all corrected error reports that are more than 3 months from service date as stale-dated claims. This will increase the number of stale-dated claims submissions and accuro does not allow this without a phone call to accuro before and after submission. This is especially important for surgeons as the Errors are often returned after 3 months. Every other software billing program allows this and I would like to know when QHR will be catching up.
