many patients have complained about medeo that if they change appointment date (and this is more than 24 hrs before appointment), they still receive a reminder for the original appointment, and in fact, some have come to the appointment even though we cancelled and changed appointment, causing frustration for both office and patient, and too many patients coming in at the same time- Please look into this
