Medeo currently allows patients to choose an appointment slot that has expired. When they are booking for a same-day appointment, for example, if they log in at 11:19am, and there was an unfilled appointment at 9:45am, they will be able to select and book the 9:45am appointment even though that appointment finished over an hour and a half ago. This leaves patients with the erroneus impression that they will still be seen that day. One patient even thought it meant that I was running over 90 minutes behind, and she thought she would get in earlier in the queue if she chose the earlier appointment.
