When creating a new account on the online booking page, the birthday feild requires the formatting YYYY-MM-DD where the - is required to be typed. Please consider using a friendlier formatting that will allow the dash to be /, " ", or nothing.

I spent a complete day on entering my birthdate info without success. The following day i entered my birthdate using the XXXX- XX-XX format and it worked just fine. I then completed the form and thought i had finally achieved success - wrong! Even though all the field showed green icons denoting satisfactory answers, as soon as i hit submit i was advised that my email address was already being used - really?
i ended up having to call the Medical Centre to make an appointment!
Or a dropdown! Less issues with wrong format!
