Clinic message alert should be on the first page where the patient will be choosing their doctors for their appointment

Clinic message alert should be on the first page where the patient will be choosing their doctors for their appointment. In most cases patient will not click on the notice to view the message before they book an appointment. So in cases where the message will state that: "This Facility is not for new patient", patient need to see this first before they can book an appointment.
