Removing The Ability To Book Appointments In The Past

We would like to be able to remove the ability for patients to book appointments from earlier in the day. For example: If it is currently 1pm and there was a open appointment from 8AM that morning that was not filled patients have the ability to still book it.

    Medeo's expected behavior is to not let patients book appointments in the past (including earlier in the day). If you are still experiencing issues where patients are able to book appointments in the past, please reach out to our Client Services team (medeo@qhrtech.com) so we can investigate further.
