Send different appointment information based on appointment type

Would like to be able to communicate if an appointment is a phone/video/in person consult in the reminder/confirmation sent through medeo

Would like to be able to attach information specific to that appt type (eg. if a phone visit, would like to communicated that the patient will be called within 1 hour of appointment time, instead of at exact appointment time)

Would like only start time of appointment to appear - not start and end time (eg do not want patients to think they have only a 5min appointment even if booked that way in our calendars)
