Under Medeo Booking Request Types, Under interaction Type please add phone appointment option

At our clinic we do not do video conference with our patient. We only do phone appointments but because there is no option for phone appointments, patient get confused and tends to wait for a video conference, when it is supposed to be phone appointment. Another issue is that when patient receives confirmation for the appointment it says video appointment or in office. Because of this its either patient go to the clinic or wait for the video conference and end up missing the booked appointment. Hopefully this can be addressed soon. Thanks
