We have many patients who do not receive any notification of a new message from us.
This seems to happen with Medeo & Ocean alot more frequently than before.
Thanks for this suggestion. We are always fighting with spam filters as regulations get tighter and tighter. The plan around this issue is to introduce push notifications (which we already have for new messages and video visits) and SMS notifications for messages and appointment reminders.
