Thanks for this suggestion. We are always fighting with spam filters as regulations get tighter and tighter. The plan around this issue is to introduce push notifications (which we already have for new messages and video visits) and SMS notifications for messages and appointment reminders.
If you have any questions on the above, please reach out to your Practice Consultant or Client Services. Unfortunately I cannot give timelines on the SMS option although it is in early development right now.
