When you open a patient in Accuro messenger (Medeo) it should activate that patient in the main Accuro screen. This saves having to manually do this, opening the possibly of making errors.
I have been looking to find a Quick Action Button to message the globally selected patient and I haven't found that--that would be a seemingly easy way to solve this problem, why has that not been implemented?
Good idea. Could also be discretionary, i.e., put a button in the Healthmail screen that will allow a user to load the chart if he/she wants.
See idea:
Enable provider to load patient chart when in HealthMail (in Accuro)
This is a huge issue for me. It is way too easy to make a mistake and do things in the wrong chart since clicking on a patient message does not open their chart. I have caught myself on a few occasions after I added reqs or notes to the incorrect patient chart as a result of this.
