Providers who work in more than one Accuro office (in the same practice) cannot see Medeo messages sent/received from their other offices without switching between his/her offices and (sometimes) wait several minutes for the messages for the sync to complete.
The work-around is for the provider to log into the provider.medeohealth.com website where the messages are aggregated into a single in-box.
Providers, perhaps with administration's approval, should be able to elect to have their Medeomail messages aggregated in their inbox in Accuro, i.e., so all messages can be seen regardless of which office they are in.
