Icon or flag beside Patient Name signalling messages have been exchanged

One of the largest time killers with using Medeo for myself and my staff, is we have to go through each individual person in our lists, every day, to see if they were a recent sign up and then send them a secure message so they can attach photos. Every day our staff will click on +100 people and look at them to see who needs to have their first message sent to them.

A small logo beside each persons name from the appointment screen indicating a message has been shared would be a massive time saver, and remove the largest frustration my staff and I have with this program. If it can be bolded for new messages, or flagged by the provider to a different color for important messages to come back to, that would be even better.
