It would be very beneficial for all members within a patient's circle of care to have the ability to read each others Medeo messaging to the patient. As it stands, only the author is able to view their own messages, which could potentially exclude important information that a physicians' nurse, NP and or receptionist should know. If a message is deemed confidential, could it be possible to have an option to 'Mask' a Medeo message in the same manner as an Encounter note?
There is a setting for this but for some reason it needs to be turned on for each user who wants to view the messages. I'm not sure why this is (doesn't make sense to me) but it is possible. I agree it's important for all the providers within an office to be able to see messages that were sent through medeo.
