want comment entered when discontinue a drug to be more visible

when you discontinue a drug (in medication tab) and enter a comment of why- such as " developed rash", had side effects nausea, had cough on ACE, etc , this comment can only be seen if double click on discontinued drug and click on a circle in top right hand corner to see what wrote (this hard to explain in a writtten manner) There is no way to see which drugs have a comment on them. It would be nice for these comments to not be so hidden and there be some way drugs with commented are marked
