Traffic Manager "Completed" to make note on Scheduler

First off, having and option to “complete” the visit from the day sheet instead of the encounter note would be nice. Secondly, Either have the room number deleted from the scheduler upon completion or have a “completed” come up beside the name so staff ould be able to see if the room is vacant from the scheduler.

    Our clinic has requested an Appointment Status of "Physician Seen" so they know that the room is empty. This seems redundant when there is a Traffic Manager, but I also can't tell physicians to open another window just to mark a visit completed. It should be in the Day Sheet and the Scheduler.
