Alias in Address Book - Providers and Insurers

We be great to have the option for Alias in the Address Book, that would work the same as the current patient alias. So if a user was searching for a provider by their alias, the alias would come up, and upon clicking on it, would take them to the correct provider spelling/etc. We end up with a lot of duplicate providers in the address book, and the same ones being duplicated over and over, because of odd spellings and common misspellings. This most often occurs with names with spaces (Van Der....), or Mac versus Mc. Some people spell it with a space, some people without. Aliases would greatly cut down on the number of duplicate providers added.

    An Alias was added for Contacts and Pharmacies in the Address Book, but it does not currently exist for Providers or Insurers.
