Ability to indicate that a phone number is long

Ability to indicate that a phone number is long distance in the Patient Demographics

In BC the area codes 250 and 778 are used in different cities. Sometimes they are long distance (if in a different city) and sometimes they are not. If there was a tick box for "Long Distance" near the phone number that would be helpful. It would save time from having to dial the number and be told it's long distance.

An option to indicate international long distance as well would be nice.

The number could show in accuro as EXACTLY what is needed to complete the call.
1-778-555-5555 or 778-555-5555. Including the '1' on long distance and no '1' for the local numbers.
And then in the demographics, we can make it long distance (or leave empty) similar to what we do with Physicians in the address book or F2.

Being able to see in the Patient Status Bar or anywhere else the number displays if it's long distance would also be required.
