Submission Warning If There Is an Issue With MCIB

Customer would find it helpful if there was a larger or specific warning when there is an issue submitting to the MCIB website. This way if MCIB is down or if anything is happening at the time they can be clearly warned in RED that the submission may not have gone thru or to "try again later" and they will know to check the MCIB site for their validation. Sometimes a message will come up in the MCIB web submission window that there was an error sending file but this does not stand out.

I had a situation yesterday where I submitted claims to msp, it all looked exactly like it should, i was able to print off a submissions report, complete with sequence numbers only to find out two days later when I went to do another submission I got a sequence error warning.  In my opinion this is quite unacceptable, there should be warning right then and there that it did not go through.  If I were to do a large submission on a cutoff date and not find out until two days later that it didn't get through, I would be largely upset and so would my doctors.  This is critical and not at all acceptable and needs to be dealt with ASAP
