Global Message Specific Office

We would like to be able to create a Global Message for the specific office, similar to that of the User Message. Our group has over 40 different offices set up in Accuro, and they all use the same roles (Office Admin, Clinical, Providers, etc.) Often times, there are messages that are important for all staff in a physician office to see, and it's time consuming to use different role specified messages for all staff, but a Global Message would allow too many users access to the message.
