We have so many patients' names who we need to search that have first or last names that could be either of each other (eg. Taylor Robert, Singh Toor, etc). That confuses the search engine and it should show up results with reversal of names as well.

The other issue is: "Hi my name is Ian Smith." A search of this Preferred name turns up nothing, and finally after some prolonged questioning, his Legal name is "Walter Smith" which then turns up in the search function. We should be able to have search results that include the Preferred Name which is practically what patients use on a daily basis to avoid troublesome confusion.
