QHR Product Ideas

When I received typed consults back for my DR. I use to be able to insert the new letter on top of the older letters in the patients chart. We can't do this anymore. The Dr's in our clinic want to be able to look at all the consults they have dictated under 1 heading, not having to look at 15 differnet lines with each consult note. It might work if the Dr's put there documents is alphabetical order but we look at them in date order with the newest documtents being at the top. So in a clinic with 13 Dr's, if a patient see's 3 doctors(specialty) there could be 200 lines for 1 patient. That takes a long time to look at for each of the Dr's and they also like to be able to access the other Dr's notes. There must be a way to do this in a less time consuming way than inserting the dcouments saving them, transfering the old ones into a tester file and then refling the new ones you just saved. This system is suppose to be able to save you time and be quick. It does neither of these
