Forgetting to Send Letter to Letter Queue

We have had MDs type up a referral letter and forget to add the letter to the queue. These letters get "lost" and fall through the cracks. They forget to click "add to letter queue" and just click ok. These never get dealt with until the patient calls looking for their appointment and we see it was never sent to the transcriptionist! Has anyone had this problem? Is there a way the MD, when they click "ok" a window pops up asking if they want to add to letter queue? Helping them remember?
