Fax Manager - spreadsheet download

Print/Fax Summary in Virtual Chart only can show if you click fax to this document.  But it can not show if the fax is successfully sent or failed. You have to go to Fax Manager to check if the fax status is "complete" or not.  All  those fax status are legal documents,  We will keep them for minimum 10 years.  So there should be a way to search the fax status quickly, in other words, we will show the proof of fax is sent, even after 5 or 6 years.  I suggest that we can download the spreadsheet or pdf file from Fax Manager  and save it as proof showing the faxes are complete.
