I need to be able to select that a fax has been sent once it leaves Accuro.

When sending out faxes, if I have printed and deleted it from our external fax managing program and the letter as shows itself as not being sent. I need to print for a variety of reasons and I need for Accuro to acknowledge that the fax has been sent from its internal system and out to my fax manager on my server...or at least a setting where I can tick that off as all the info I want. It used to do this, but doesn't since our new upgrade. In addition, it also shows up red on our day sheet so that it doesn't look like its been sent...this is problematic!!
