Agree, it's very frustrating when the conversations from a task don't update in messages
Yes please!! And have it bring you to the Tasks tab, not the Edit Task popup window.
We agree with the above suggestion. It is very frustrating to have to go into the Virtual Chart, find the correct task just to see the rest of the conversation. Not to mention, how does one know that there is more conversation that needs to be searched for without having to do that on every task?
