Sending a task with a referral to be assessed by the dr and accidentally clicked reception Clinonex which was new to us and listed right below my dr. The referral sat nowhere for 2 months and had the patient not called we never would have known.
I think being able to send tasks or mail messages that do not go anywhere should be stopped. We are all human we make errors but at least if you sent it to the wrong person that is active they could send it back.
Having tasks and mail messages that go nowhere is jeopardizing our patients care.
