Would be really helpful to have an idicator shown at the top of the schedule or next to a patients name in the schedule if they need a wheelchair accessable room

You can create Patient Flags and apply these to any patient who requires a wheelchair accessible room.

Patient Flags appear as icons on the Demgraphics Status Bar, whenever a patient is loaded.

    1. Tap F7 to open Patient Tasks with any patient loaded. Next to Patient Flags, click New.

    2. Press Manage, then the Add button to add a new Flag.

    3. In the dropdown you can choose an icon, there is already one with he Handicap symbol. And then give your flag a name, like "Wheelchair Accessible Room Required". Press OK to save. Then Close to close the Edit Alert Flag window.

    4. You can now search for any patient that needs this indicator, tap F7 > New next to Patient Flags > Select your new indicator and press OK to add it to the patient.
