Track any form Category in ORRO Merged

Tracking: Outstanding requisitions, referrals and orders

I work for a thoracic surgeon and we sent many referrals to our colleagues and cancer clinics.

Currently all forms being tracked needs to be generated under "requisition forms" which can be sent to ORRO . We should have the option to choose "Standard Forms" as the categories to track those referrals. For example, we send the majority of our patients to Cancers Clinics in Hamilton, Brantford and Niagara. These referral forms were created by those hospital and they want us to send them along with all patient information, therefore their referrals is categorize under "standard form"

Referrals can only be tracked if a letter is generated or if the referral form in under the requisition forms. I would like have the ability to manage the list and track them all by all categories, not just by "referrals letters" or "requisitions forms" I am currently entering referrals to cancer clinics by using the NEW ORDER tab and choosing the appropriate field.

My roles as his only administrative assistant is extremely busy and most the time I'm find myself using the NEW ORDER tab for all my patients. For example, when Ordering CT chest scans at our local hospital, we do not fax CT diagnostics request to out local hospital. I manually enter the orders into my hospital system and manually enter the orders into Accuro. Looking for a way if I can set the TASK (sent by the thoracic surgeon) into the ORRO to track the ct scan orders.

    Hi Lauren,

    I still need to manually enter then orders in Accuro and in our Hospital (st. joseph- Hamilton) as they do not accept fax requisition. my office is located in the hospital.

    Hi Judith, while I believe this idea still warrants a request to be able to track forms with ORRO for any type of Form Category, you can copy your current Standard Forms and add the copies to the Requisition Form category.

    They do not need to stay under Standard Forms only, despite them being there now. Perhaps this would stop you from needing to manually add these Orders to the report?
