We are finding that the larger the patient charts are, the slower accuro runs in general. We have upgrade out internet multiple times and our provider tells us that it's very fast, but still accuro is painfully slow. We have to click on things 2, 3 or 4 times to get a response. In the transcription portion, it can't keep up with typing. in billing, there is a huge lag for it to catch up. Is anyone else experiencing this??
