Urgent: We are receiving requests from lawyers, Insurance companies and other Doctors offices to release medical information for patients in a daily basis .Before we were able to do so but now and after the latest update we are unable to preview more that 3 pages " chat size is too long"?? can you imagine the mount of time the admin staff are spending to preview the patients chart for 10 years??I am suggesting to give access to Admin staff only to be able to preview the patients charts for at least two months . This is so hard for them since they are calling & checking patients in, answering calls and handling all the tasks from doctors. Please advice!
